vào cstrike -> addons -> amxmodx -> config -> users.ini để set các quyền cho các nick vào server nè bạn (chi tiết bạn đọc thêm trong file đó luôn), chú ý là các nick phải có pass kèm theo thì mới xài được quyền do bạn cấp nhé

VD: bạn muốn set nick ABC là mod có thể sử dụng quyền say mod thôi thì add thêm dòng như sau vào cuối file trên
"ABC" "<pass áp dụng>" "abcdefghjtklmnopwqz" "<quyền của nick do chính bạn cấp>" (theo ví dụ này thì mình sẽ set là "i" để nick ABC chỉ có thể say mod thôi)
